Dear Sir/Madam,

I made the property tax payment for the application number,790293347 for the assessment year, 2014-15 on 17th of Feb, 2015 for the amount of Rs. 840.
On choosing the ICICI payment gateway option for the payment, it successfully took me  into the ICICI payment gateway,
and I clicked "Pay" button, after which the connection got broken for unknown reason.
Later i realized the payment was successful and page was not redirected back to the merchant. Tried to reprint the receipt but not able to see any receipt for the application.

Below is the transaction confirmation from ICICI.

You have made an online payment of INR 840.0 with Transaction ID 0723943255 towards
payee BRUHAT BANGALORE MAHANAGARA PALIKE from your Account on Feb,17,2015 at 16:32.

Tried calling the helpline number given in the bbmpsas portal but it is in disconnected state, Also sent email on the id given but in vain. No acknowledgement/response till now.

Kindly look into it and send me 2014_15 tax paid receipt ASAP.
