Dear Sir/Madam,
I made the property tax payment for the application number, 1823282 for the assessment year, 2014-15 on 17th of Feb, 2015 for the amount of Rs. 597. On choosing the ICICI payment gateway option for the payment, it successfully took me into the ICICI payment gateway, and I clicked "Pay" button, after which the connection got broken for unknown reason. Thinking there is a problem with the internet browser, I made the same payment starting afresh using a different internet browser. But the same error occurred second time as well. When I checked my account, I could see 2 transactions are made for the amount of Rs. 597 towards BBMP. Following are the my ICICI account transaction details:

Please help resolving this issue by accepting first payment towards my property-tax for 2014-15 assessment year, and refunding the additional amount already credited to BBMP because of this erroneous transaction to my account.
