Applicaiton no 723440860 (2014-15) SBM-CLT cheque 534018 dt. 28/05/2014 Rs.7100/- realised by BBMP Commissioner on 04 June 2014

Application No 723440861 (2013-14) SBM-CLT cheque 534019 dt. 28/05/2014 Rs.5400/- realised by BBMP Commissioner on 27 August 2014.

The above two applications were submitted at the BBMP Office Papareddy Palya on 28th May 2014.  I assumed that I had not paid for the year 2013-14 and hence submitted both application simultaneously.  Though property tax was paid  for 2013-14  (receipt no 1314612435420) on 23/05/13. The concerned person accepted both applicaitons as there was no system to check, informed me that they will get back to me later.  After frequent follow ups they gave me receipt for application 723440860 but refused to give for the other application.

Upon checking my bank account, the amount for the second cheque was also realised on 27 August 2014.   I have ever since been following up with the officer in papareddy palya office but in vain.  Every time they come up with give letter, write complaint.   They say that it has been realised by the commissioners office but it has not come to the ward account.  I am fed up following up from May 2014 till date i.e., February 14, 2014.  Please help.
