Issue with Online Property Tax Payment for 2014-15

Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 22-Jan-2015, I was trying to make an online payment of property tax for SAS 2014-15 using Form IV with
application number 790289416 through net banking with ICICI Bank. The payment of Rs. 492/- has been deducted
from my account but the redirection to BBMP website failed with a server error 404. Hence, the payment does not
reflect under the tax paid details, and I am not able to generate receipt. The ICICI bank reference number for
this transaction is: 0710714883.

SAS 2008-09 application number is: 12705324

SAS 2013-14 application number is: 690230790

SAS 2014-15 application number is: 790289416

Kindly rectify and confirm.
