Subject	Property tax for the same year paid twice
Complaint / Requirement	This is with reference to the property tax for the new PID: 192-W0082-21-22, the property in the name of rbbijesh. A payment was made to fully pay the property tax on 01/22/2015 through ICICI netbanking. There was no indication of whether the payment was successful and no online receipt of the same was obtained. Hence, we went ahead and made another full payment for the same year through HDFC netbanking which also went through. Now, both the banks show the transaction as successful and we understand that a double payment has been made for the year 2012-2013. Could you please credit back the additional amount or let us know if the amount would be adjusted to future tax payments? Attached is the receipt of one of the payments made. The other transaction through ICICI netbanking did not generate any receipt, however bank statemet shows transaction as successful Really appreciate your support
