Dear Sir,

I have paid tax for my site for years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. However, I have lost my receipts. Now I went to my bbmp ward office to pay taxes for years from 2010-2011 till 2014-2015 and they are asking for my application number. Since I do not have the application number with me, they are asking me to pay again for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. Could you please provide the application number.
