Subject Problem with online Tax Payment
Complaint / Requirement
I paid property tax for my apartment for the year 2014 – 2015. I used netbanking to pay the property tax. However I got a “Transaction Failed!! Contact Issure Bank” error. But the money was debited from my account. Please find the confirmation email from my bank.
 
Here’s the information about my property.
 
2008-2009 SAS Application No: 13344446
Amount Paid: INR 21082.00
 
Please let me know how can these issue be resolved and how can I get a receipt for my payment.
