I made payment for propertytax of 2012-13 online Rs.3,246 on 6/12/2014 from my ICICI SB A/C.141801506285.BBMP Receipt did not get generated but my A/C. has been debited with Rs.3,246. Again I tried making Online payment from my wife.VIJAYAVANITHA.S ICICI Bank A/C.026901537496 on6/12/14.Again no BBMPReceipt was generated but the A/C.has got debited with Rs.3,246. Finally I tried to pay the Property tax for 2012-13 through my creditcard No.4629XXXXXXXX8014 on 7/12/14 for Rs.3,248 and the payment was successful and the BBMP Receipt was generated.

Now I have paid Rs.6,492 excess for 2012-13 tax.i.e. Rs.3,246 + Rs.3,246.Kindly refund this excess amount paid at the earliest.
