Hi Sir/Madam,

On 18 Dec 2014, I tried to pay Property tax of Rs. 4882.00 for Year 2013-14 via Netbanking but the transaction was not complete on BBMP server and I got error from server after paying at Netbanking (on 18 Dec 2014 once at 01:45AM and again at 10:15AM). My bank account is debited twice for Rs. 4882.00 The bank showed payment successful but after transaction, I got error of 404 (File or directory not found) from BBMP server. ICICI transaction numbers are 0693655620 and 0693723776.

Today, I checked that Property tax for 2013-14 is showing as paid in online. So one of the transaction of Rs. 4882.00 got recorded but there's no trace of the other transaction of Rs. 4882.00 which was done on 18 Dec 2014 while paying tax online since first transaction showed error on BBMP server. I paid Property Tax online today (20 Dec 2014 at 3:55pm) for Rs. 5692.00 but again for error of 404 (File firectory not found) from BBMP server. ICICI bank transaction number is 0694735317. Please confirm if the netbanking payment is reflected in my account and generate the property tax paid receipt. Also, please help refund Rs. 4882.00 which was paid once again on 18 Dec 2014 since the first transaction showed error.
