It is a matter of great concern that the CM of our State has castigated the BBMP for pathetic tax collection which is just 50% of the total of Rs.2500/-croes budgeted. When this is the case the public and honest tax payer like me has all the right to know how many of the public in each ward both commercial and residential are defaulters.  If any particular ward has more percentage, then action has to be initiated and more people deployed for colection than in other areas where even a phone call or SMS would do.  Can we have the statistics as to why the honest citizens and his ward has to suffer.
