      Tax due for the year 2014-15 was paid on 13-5-2014 for the PID no.008-W0304-22 throguh corporation bank Debit card.

While paying the tax online, the first time attempt resulted in failed transaction message.  Further attempts transaction was

successful & receipt generated.  We have received bank statement & it shows double payment for 2014-15 to BBMP. I request

you to kindly credit the excess amount of Rs.1416 immediately to our account.  The following information are submitting for

early action.
