Hello Sir,

On 17/12/2014, I made an online payment of property tax for (Application No /PID No. 2919967) through net banking with ICICI Bank. The payment  has been deducted from my account but the redirection to BBMP website failed with a server error (404). Hence, the payment does not reflect under the tax paid details, and I am not able to generate receipt as well. The ICICI bank reference number for this transaction is: BIL/000693474755/BRUHAT BANGALORE M AH/219686363453.

 Please let me know how to proceed, as I need the reciept as soon as possible for my further things.
