Complaint / Requirement

I paid property tax online through BBMP online payment system on the website. I filled the details and paid the amount (Rs 7689) online through ICICI Bank net banking. As soon as I confirmed payment on ICICI bank, the next screen came as server error. Pls find the screen shot attached.

 Following is the transaction details done at ICICI bank that is appearing in my statement:

My 2008 Application No is 1999933
 
Kindly confirm the receipt of the payment and please provide the appropriate receipt of the property tax (FY 2012-2013) paid.
