Dear Sir/Madam,

For my PID No.12-87-9, (SAS Base Apl.No. 1050449) I paid property tax for the assessment year 2013-2014 through online, the tax amount was deducted from my bank account but I did not get any paid receipt from the BBMP online website. Since I did not get any receipt, I ended up paying the property tax twice for the same assessment year 2013-2014.

Request you to please let me know how can I get the receipt for the paid tax and also let me know how can I get the refund fot the excess tax paid.
