Respeacted Sir/Madam,

I have made a online BBMP property tax paymnet through BBMP website on 25/11/2014. Unfortunately the last minute I got a server error and the transaction was not successful. But Rs.2722 was deducted from my bank A/c on same day. i have confirmed it from ICICI bank. And they have give BBMP bill reference number for the same.

Date: 25/11/2014

New [ received after 2nd payment] 2014-2015 Application No : 790279335

As the transaction was not successful, I have made another property tax paymnet the next day i.e. 26/11/2014, Rs.2723. And it was successful and I got the receipt for the same.

So kinldy look in to this problem and help me in getting back my first paymnet of Rs.2722. Please find further deatils from below.
