Description : On November 24th, after payment from the ICICI Netbanking I got error, did not receive any alert from bank for debit of Rs. 18070.00.  Thinking that the amount is not paid, I repaid using ICICI Netbanking. My account is debited twice for the amount Rs. 18070.00.  Let me know the process to get the refund.
