Unable to find my application no. in BBMP online tax portal

Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid the Tax for my flat at Hoodi office and I have the tax paid receipt bearing Application no: 711958247 (for FY 2014-2015) and receipt no. 1415711958247.

Recently I wanted to verify it online in order to be able to pay tax online during April 2015 but could not find the data.. The system says "Record not found/Invalid Application no..."

Please support me in resolving this issue so that I can pay tax online.
