Subject water problem

i am leaving in uttharalli 1 st main road here the main problem is water we want to pay money to govt. and also to the we buy 2 tank per month what is maintace of bbmp  they have no resposbility to them they leaving water but no use if they leave 2hour it ill come 1 hr

half our power cut and half an hour somting this main problem this my 3 rd complant  ple take this complant as a serivouse when power goes swith on the main motor power immediately
