Complaint / Requirement

I am the owner of a flat in Uttarhalli. I have paid taxed for 2013-2014 but my reciept does not have a PID number.

I am unable to retrieve new PID online as I do not have the 2008-09 application number or the old PID number.

Can you please help, how I can get the new PID number?
