Dear Sir,

I had applied for latest Khatha certificate and extract pertaining to my property at No. 252/22-B-2, 80 feet Road, Kengeri Satellite Town II Stage, MIG Layout, Ward No. 130 on 13-10-2014. After repeated visit to my surprise the case worker Mr. Chandrappa said that he is unable to trace the records of my property and wanted to see the earlier certificate and extract, copies of which I have submitted. I have also contacted the ARO of Kengeri sub division who was reluctant to hear the matter and passed on the issue back to the case worker. I have been asked to apply for fresh registration which I have done on 30-10-2014.

As I have been paying taxes every year on time and obtained due Khatha Certificate  and Extract by paying the requisit 2% fees of the property value way back on 25-01-2008, I feel that I have complied with all the formalities and obligations due to BBMP from my side till date. Hence I humbly request you to look into the matter and issue latest Khatha certificate and extract at the earliest.

Kindly consider the request and oblige.
