Subject Drainage unclosed resulting in blocking of the dead end road

Hello,

The drainage was opened and kept open from a long time resulting in blocking of the dead end road. Vehicles are not able to get into the road, mosquito build up are increasing because of not fixing the drainage as well. Please look into the probelm as it is not resolved from past 7-8months.
