Complaint / Requirement	Application no - 1515336 Name - G.N.VIJAYA PRASAD ADDRESS - 345 N.G.E.F., LAYOUT, NAGARABHAVI (BDA) NAGARBHAVI email id - vnarasimhamurthy@hotmail.com Sir/Madam, I made an online property tax payment for the period 2011-12 in the amount of 1269 Rs via netbanking. At the end of the transaction it said 'transaction failed' . But my bank statement shows that a payment has been made to BBMP in the amount of 1269 Rs. When I go to make a payment for the next period 2012-13, it says 'you have not paid for the year 2011-12'. Could you please verify and let me know why it is not reflected in BBMP tax record even though my bank statement shows a payment has been made for 2011-12 period?
