Complaint / Requirement	I made online Payment on 20-July-2104 for Rs. 11,125 towards 2013-14 Property tax for my new building using ICICI Bank. BBMP online system did not generate a receipt. It showed the below message after transfer ======================================================= SUCCESSFULL TRANSACTION!! Bank Transaction Number. : Bank Transaction Id Application Number (2008 – 09) : Application Number Application Number (2011 – 12) :Renewal Number Amount : Amount Receipt No. : Receipt No Thank you for the Payment. ======================================================= I require receipt for that Payment. Kindly send me a copy of receipt by e-mail for the paid amount Rs 11,125. ICICI Bank confirms that the payment was successful. So the amount has been credited to BBMP account. My ICICI bank stmt: 1 21/07/2014 BIL/000620737892/BBMP Property tax 20/20 Dr. 11,125.00 Application No / PID No : 2167680 Previous Year Application No : 690111348 Kindly do the needful on priority basis. Thank you

I have made the property tax online payment (for 2009-2010) through ICICI bank debit card for my above property and the transaction details are as below. I did not receive the receipt. I request you to kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. This would help me to pay the pending bills for the succeeding years. I am also not able to see the payment bills for other years now.
