Subject Name change of my kadha is not reflecting in online payment

Hi sir,

i have a plot(Application no- 1804737) in kothnur (JP nagar 9th phase) which falls under Anjanapur ward no.194, i have tranfered the kadha to my name in year 2012-February , when i m tring to pay the online tax, the previous owner name(kamalapathi naidu) is still appearing. So please help me to update the records in the online system i can provide the papers scan copies of katha tranfer and tax paid manually, if required by you. Kindly help.
