Unable to pay property tax online - have made several complaints in the past without resolution

Complaint / Requirement

Whenever I go to pay my property tax for year 2013-14 and current year, it gives me an error that as my 2012-13 tax was not paid and I am not able to proceed with the payment. If I try to make payment for 2012-13, it gives me an error that I had not paid for year 2011-12.

But I made payments for both 2011-12 and 2012-13 in BBMP offices against 2008-09 application no. 3149323. Why is the data not uploaded for 2011-12 and 2012-13? If you can please update the records for both years as paid, I can proceed with the online payments for 2013-14 and current year. Given 2013-14 is already past, I will also have to pay the penalty and I am fine but I have been trying to resolve it without much cooperation from BBMP staff. AT LEAST IF YOU CAN RESOLVE MY ISSUE NOW!

My PID no - 85-3-1/1 , SAS - 2008-09 : 1043760 , I had paid the Prop. Tax - Rs 21,673.00 on 25.6.14

for 2013-14 vide ICICI debit Card - bank Transaction ref - BIL/000608761422 / bbmp tax / 204581492081-10.

I could not generate the Receipt . Please kindly mail me the Receipt so that I could pay the tax for the Current

year 2014-15 immedly online also.
