We had moved into the new apartment Le-Terrace, Seetharam palya on May 2013. We enquired with Mr.Muniayalappa before paying the property tax for our flat C-303 and confirmed the amount to be drwan as DD. He confirmed the amount as Rs.8,475/- (2012-13) receipt no:1213551242358 and Rs.6,828/- (2013-14) receipt no:1314651242357 which was duly paid on 24/02/2014. Later we came to know that the builder had actually paid the property tax till 2012-13 via Receipt no:7682158.

Now, we have been directed to BBMP office Mahadevapura zone, where we submitted all copies of the document (receipts all 3) with sale deed and requisition letter asking for property excess paid to be refunded or adjusted. They told they will come for measurement of flat. But no one came. Later told as per Sale deed we will proceed no need for measurement. We have visited so many officials in this regard for the past 2 months -Mr.Nagendra kumar ( in-charge for seetharampalya locality ), Supervisor, attender etc. Waited for nearly 5 hours in the BBMP offce to get things done. But all in vain.

Till date the report is yet to be processed inspite of constant follow-up and personal visits. Please let us know the proper proceedure for claiming the refund at the earliest. The officer Mr.Muniyalappa (mobile no: 9448013115) who is responsible for all these confusion is still not clearly stating what needs to be done.

Please attend to this issue immediately and guide us properly.
