I Mamathamba K M resident of kalyananagar Address: #16/1 4th Main 'E' Cross, Kalyananagar , Bangalore-72. Ward no. 127 would like to bring to your notice that a neighbour in our road has put up the roof for car parking illegally. There is only one street light in our road, due to this roof there is total dark in front of our house at night and when it rains during night due to the loud noice of water falling on this roof we are not able to sleep. Additionally big vehicles are not able to pass during any construction work. Even though we have given so many gentle remainders to take off the roof as it is affecting the people every day, we received abuse but nothing else. I am hereby attaching the photos of the roof extending till road. I request you kindly to evacuate this roof as this is creating many problems and moreover it is illegal. If you think that it is legal, i also request you kindly to grant us permission to put on the roof in front of our home extending till road. It has been more than a week since i complianed however there is no response from BBMP.
