Property Tax paid for the 2012-13 but not showing up

Hi,

My name is LINGAM VENKATA SURESH and my property address is:105 Doddanekkundi Main Road DODDANEKKUNDI, MAHADEVAPURA.

I paid the property tax for 2012-2013 through the application number 551164508 for an amount of 4533.00.

My 2008-09 application number is 2992340.

But I am not able to see the payment of 2012-13 and because of that I am not able to pay for 2013-14 and 2014-15 years as well.

Please do the needful and let me know the next steps.
