Subject Online tax portal name change

Sir,

I got the Katha transferred to my name but old owners name is appearing online. I would like to pay my taxes online.Request your help for the same.I visited the BBMP office in shivajinagar last year and had given a written request for change in the same. As per the officers advice i had given the same to change the PID no online which had an extra N added as per them.They told me it will be rectified for this years tax payment but still no luck. Can you please help me on this and direct me whom to contact for the same. I have paid the tax for last financial year in the old owners name.I am also attaching last years receipt. I want to pay this years tax in my name. Request your help for the same.

New owners are Dilraj and Liji (me and my wife)

Hi Sumithra,

Thanks for providing this info. I tried contacting BBMP control room many times till date and no one picks the call. Online name is still showing the old owner. Can you please let me know whom or where to contact again. I would like to pay the tax this month itself.

Also could you please remove my PT Paid receipt i had attached to my initial mail as i cant remove the same.Please update once removed.
