Dear Sir/Madam

Following wrong information provided to me since I did not have the necessary receipts in hand, I was told by the Byatarayanapura office that my 2011-2012 tax was not paid for the above named property resulting in me paying the tax twice for 2011-2012 on 30/7/2012. I also paid tax for the year 2012-13 on this day and have not paid tax for the year 2013-14. Following the generation of new PID for this property, I find that the online portal mentions that the 2012-13 tax has not been paid and will not let me proceed any further.

I request that :

1) the double tax payment be adjusted for the year 2013-14

2) the online portal allows me to pay tax for the year 2014-15

I have attached the acknowledgement receipts for the the double tax payment as well as the 2012-13 tax payment for your reference.
