Hi,

I paid my property tax for 2013-14 for PID no 83-16-18/6 online which was successfull for amount 4540,but immediately i tried to make pament for the same PID no but for year 2014-15 the transaction didnt go through but the amont worth 3724 was debited from my a/c, and again i tried making the payment after sometime but again the transaction failed but the amount worth 3724 was debited from my a/c. These trasactions were done on Apr 30, 2014. Was following up with my HDFC bank till today to get the amount back wut they have failed to do so even taking time for a month now. Hence, could you please look into this matter as URGENT and see to that i get back both the amounts worth Rs. 7448, so that i can make the payment again to pay my property tax.
