While doing the payment for my BBMP property tax 2014-15 amounting to INR 5,988.00 , I got an error message in the end saying that the transaction failed on the BBMP website, but at the same time, there was a deduction from my bank account of the same amount. This is how the payment is reflecting in my HDFC Net Banking.

On checking my BBMP property tax due, it showed that the amount is still due and not paid - then why has it been deducted from my bank account? Please help either refund the paid amount or reflect it in my BBMP in the earliest.
