Dear Sir,

I made online Payment towards BBMP Property Tax for the Year 2013-14 for New PID No - 018-W0151-63 on 26/04/2014 from HDFC. As there was transaction failure Message in first Attempt, I made an attempt again and it was successful. But I found that money has been deducted twice for the amount Rs 6945. When contacted HDFC they said I need to talk to Payee Merchant only for the reversal of money which has been taken twice. SO I would requst you to reverse Rs 6945 to my HDFC account. (Account No : 08331160002198, Jakka Sandra Branch, IFSC : HDFC0000833.I have attached the transaction about doubble payment for your reference.
