BBMP website online payment of property tax does not open data of owner either from 08-09 application nbr or property ID

Complaint / Requirement

i tried several times today to pay property tax for 2014-15, but in vain. The website does not respond after I key in application nbr of 2008-09 or property ID, either new or old. My property is at Sulthanpalya ward nbr 32.

I do not find notice in BBMP website about non availability of website after office hours either.

I tried from 8.00 pm onwards today.

Please look into and clarify.
