Subject	Double payment while trying to pay BBMP tax
Complaint / Requirement	Hi All, On 27'th April 2014, when i tried to pay BBMP tax, I faced the following issue. The first time i tried to pay tax, the 'Transaction Failed' was displayed. But still the amount got deducted from my account. The second time i tried to pay tax, the 'Transaction was Successfull' was displayed. Also the amount got deducted from my account. The screenshot of double transaction is attached: When contacted the bank for the first time failed transaction, i was informed that the amount was already sent to the biller. Kindly could you please look into this failed transaction and arrange for a refund. Note: Both the transactions that was paid are for the same residential owner 'S. Ranganath' Regards, Sreenath
