Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Nagaraj S, residing at 242, Radiant Enclave, Sun City Road, Kengeri Satellite Town, (Ward No. 159), Bangalore 560060.

I have been paying the Property Tax within time. However, we are unable to get the Computer Receipts for the property Tax paid. Everytime we get an excuse from the BBMP Help Centre in Kengeri, saying that the system is not working. I have already submitted the Sale Deed, Electricity Bill in the previous years, so that they can take it as reference doucmnet and update the system. But this has not helped.

For the current year, i am unable to pay the property tax online, which has been implemented by the BBMP after so much effort and an good initiative by the Government . When i went to pay the property tax this year 2014, again i found that the old property tax paid has not been updated in the system, and the BBMP staff requested for Sale Deed.

I have attached the previous years Tax Paid reciept and the electricity bills for reference. If required, i also have the Bank statement which can be shared if required, to be validated for the cheques being realised.

I would request your good office to address my grievance and help update the property tax paid reciept in my name (NAGARAJ S) into the computer system. This will help me pay the Property Tax online for the current year.
