Thrice payment of tax for 2013-14

Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir,

We have tried to pay online tax payment for 2013-14 on 13-5-2014 for Rs.1803/-by using Cropn. Bank Debit Card but failed in two times & third time generated paid receipt no.690054512. My 2008-09 application no.3039736.We received bank statement shows three times payment to BBMP (Account holder name NETHRAVATHY K, Corpn. Bank Account 052600101009721, Sahakaranagar branch) . tranaction No.s 710362, 710564 & 710566. I request you to credit back excess two times payment amount of Rs.3606/- to above mentioned bank account immediately.
