Failed Transaction on Property Tax payment

Complaint / Requirement

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have paid property tax on 24th Apr'14 for the flat in BEML layout. The first transaction was failed and I did not get receipt number. However, my credit card has been charged with amount Rs.3305. I tried second time to pay the property tax and it went succesfully.

The old Application number (2008 -09) is 552027075.

Kindly verify and provide refund of Rs.3305.
