Dear Sir,

We have tried to pay on line payment by using INDSIND BANK credit card on 16-04-2014 for Rs 6124.00. But we have failed to make payment.

Again, we tried to make payment on 18-04-2014 and it was taken and receipt was generated for Rs 6124.00 vide application no 790049162. We have received bank statement and it shows double payment to BBMP and the transcation code is 331232 on 16-04-2014 and 241351 on 18-04-2014.

Please refund Rs 6124.00 immediately
