Description : I did my payment thru Online for Rs 20983.00 for above said property at Malleshwaram on 29th April 2014. Though the bank transaction said sucessful but I did not get the confirmation from the BBMP side and I was not able to get the receipt printed.I had rasied a complaint and did not get any response untill today. I tried calling the numbers provided none picked the call. Pls let me know how do I go about this. 

I have mentioned the 2008-2009 Application number which is 445158. 

Pls help me in resolving this issue.
