Issue #1:

I, NAGASAMUDRAM GUBBI NAGESH, residing at #18, 2nd Cross, 9th Main, Nagarabhavi Ist Stage, 3rd Block. My Old Khatha PID number is 39-195-18. And New PID number is 128-W0156-4. Till last year I am paying the property tax on old PID number and from last year paid on new PID number. When I tried to pay the tax for the current year, I notice the Name has chagned on the Khatha. Instead of my name it appears as K.R. Vijayakumar. Request to rectify this name issue. 

Issue #2: I submitted a request in year 2007 it self to rectify my Khatha details as in the Khatha the address is printed as #18, Nagarabhavi Ist Stage, Ist Block, The correct address should be #18,  Nagarabhavi Ist Stage, 3rd Block. Till now it is not rectified. If this is rectified then above duplicate records issue also will be resolved. 

Request you to resolve this at the earliest sot hat I can pay  the property tax for the current financial year.
