Subject NEW PID Missing / Last year payment is not reflecting online
Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir,

 

I have made tax payment for year 2013-2014 through near by BBMP office by cheque on 30th Apr 2013. However when i tried making online payment for this year 2014-2015 - system didnt allow me to make payment mentioning that last year payment was not paid. I was forced to pay last year tax including interest and late fee.

 

Please do the needful for rectifying this issue. I was forced to make payment of RS 4645 towards last year tax and the receipt no is 1314690235331. Last year paid receipt no is 1314611563664 (paid through cheque and its debited from my bank account).

 

Also PID is not showing up in the receipts, kindly assist me to get my PID no.

Hi,

I have contacted the control room and they are re-directing me to go to BBMP office in Banaswadi. I had been to the office several times and get a reply that I should go to BBMP office located in EAST. Can I get assistance on getting the new pid reference. Should I apply for katha extract where it will get populated by itself.

Also regarding the double payment, let me know if I should visit the office directly.
