Double payment of Property tax 2014-15 on 26-4-2014

Complaint / Requirement

I paid property tax thro HDFC netbanking on 26-4-2014 on line ( Rs.3607). Appln No for 2008-09 is 1563463.First time, the transaction failed. I again tried & this time it was successful & I could print the receipt.

I find the amount has been deducted twice from my account. I am attaching copy of receipt & transaction slip for successful transaction, & bank stt for the period ( HDFC Bank, Koramangala A/c No: 00531000146035). The transaction Nos are:426112426 (failed) and 426113443 ( successful)

Ward No: is shown as 901 MAHADEVPURA in Form 4 online.81 Vijnanpura seems to be the correct ward No;

Kindly verify & refund the amount of Rs. 3607
