Hello, I paid the property tax on 28th April through online payment. The transaction was successful, the amount is deducted from my bank but no receipt or application number is generated.

The pdf files do not open on Adobe Reader.

As a workaround, you can open the files on any browser (eg - Mozilla Firefox) and print them
