Subject Online Tax Payment - Receipt Not Generated but Amount debited and paid by my Bank
Complaint / Requirement

Hi,

I have paid my Property tax online yesterday ie on 28th April 2014. The transaction was Successful and amount is debited by my Bank but Receipt Not Generated due to some online issue it seems. I have attached the screen shots of the Succesful Transaction and teh mail confirming that payment is succesful and debited to my Bank account ( thro IDBI Bank gateway). 

Kindly arrange to set right the same and kindly help to get my Property Tax Receipt.
