Subject	Double payment of Property Tax for 2014-15
Complaint / Requirement	On 19th April, while making online payment for Property Tax for 2014-15 for PID No. 150-W0038-15-454 (address - Shriram Spandhana, Apartment No SH-403, Challaghatta Bangalore), in first attempt system got stuck on payment gateway page and hence money got debited to my credit card however, receipt for the payment did not generate. As a result, I had to do the transaction all over again. 2nd time payment got through successfully vide receipt no. 1314690041575. Since, payment has been deducted twice from my credit card, you are hereby requested to REVERSE one transaction and credit the amount of Rs. 4992 back to my Credit Card in the name of Rajneesh Tandon.
