Online payment for property - Amount deducted from my account but the message on BBMP website - Transaction Failed |

Hi, I attempted to pay property tax for 2014-2015 ,TWICE via NETBANKING with HDFC bank account for the NEW PID number : 003-W1391-3. On both the occassion the Transaction Failed message was displayed, but when I check my account, the amount has been deducted twice.
Request you to process this issue at the earliest, by considering the payment & returning the second payment.
