Application Number not generated while making online BBMP TAX PAYMENT 2014-15 for PID 82-49-4

Complaint / Requirement

I did online payment today for PID 82-49-4 for the amount of Rs.5577.00 via credit card
(IDBI gateway), but I didn't get the "SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION" message.

The payment process was ongoing for a long time and has not generated any BANK TRANSACTION NUMBER, RECEIPT NO, APPLICATION NUMBER (2014-15)

But my amount has been deducted from my credit card. I got a message on my mobile from the credit card company stating Rs.5577 has been spent.

Can you please help us to fix this and get the application no?

Or reverse the amount so that I can pay the tax manually?
