Sir

I made the payment for property tax 2014-2015 through BBMP online portal on 25 Apr 14. The amount Rs 2177 was deducted from my bank account but the receipt was not generated. The screen shot of transaction is attached.

The details of my property SAS NUMBER-2602355, NEW PID NUMBER 012-W0419-3

I kindly request you to resolve my issue
