Complaint / Requirement

Property tax Rs.6014 for the year 2014-15 paid online by ICICI net banking on 23/04/2014, amount debited from the bank but receipt not generated. After the payment, it displayed 'SUCCESSFULL TRANSACTION!!' but details like bank transaction no, receipt no etc. not available.
